The Squeeze Inn Family would like to extend their heartfelt thanks to all of our fantastic customers. As we make this transition into a new location and say goodbye to the old familiar building we cannot help but feel blessed that we have such support and love from our great customers. The turnout on Saturday, our final day at the original location, was overwhelming. It is because of our happy customers that we continue to serve.

In Honor of our veterans, the Squeeze Inn will be Closed Wednesday, November 11, 2009. We will be open again normal hours on Thursday, November 12, 2009.

Remember to thank a Veteran for their service and we will see you on Thursday at The Squeeze.

Squeeze Inn is Not Closing

We have received lots of e-mails, as well as directly from people on the street, asking us if we are going to be closing the Sacramento location.

The answer is we are defiantly not going to permanently close the Sacramento location.

The plan currently in works is to open a new location nearby the current location on Fruitridge. The original building will only stop serving once the new location is open. We will somehow be integrating parts of the original building (bar, memorabilia, even parts of the physical building itself, etc.) into the new location.

Our hope is, that all of our great customers will continue to come see us at our current original famous location, and come back to visit us at the new location in the future.

Have a question about our food? Maybe wondered a little about the history of the Squeeze Inn? Well now there is a place to find the answers.

We have just launched a new page on the Squeeze Inn website. The Frequently Asked Questions page.

We hope this page answers some of the questions we get on a regular basis, however, we may have missed a few. So if you have any unanswered questions for us, just send a message and we will add it to our FAQ.

Where has your Squeeze T-Shirt Been?

We have had visitors to our restaurants over the years that have traveled from near and far to try our food. Some of them have purchased t-shirts to brag to their neighbors back home. This gave us an idea. Why not start a collection of pictures of our great customers wearing their Squeeze Inn t-shirts. So that is exactly what we have done.

If you have a picture of you or a loved one wearing a Squeeze Inn t-shirt on vacation or visiting an interesting location, please feel free to e-mail it to us and we will post it in our online gallery. We will also print out the pictures and post them in the restaurant.

We have been humbled and overwhelmed with support for the Squeeze Inn. We are not going away. Regardless of our location we will continue to provide you with the same great food and energetic service.

Some ways to Help out The Squeeze Inn

Many have asked how they can help out the Squeeze Inn during this difficult time. Here are a couple of suggestions.

First, write a letter, call, or e-mail your assembly member, congress representative, senator, mayor, or governor. From e-mails we have gotten it is clear we are not the only small family business that deals with these lawsuits. They need everyone's support as well.

Finally, we ask that you continue to visit us. Our food and friendly service will stay the same, even if the location and atmosphere changes a little.

All of the kind words and showings of support have been overwhelming and humbling. We again thank you very much.

The website has been receiving several e-mails and tweets all day from customers pledging their support, voicing their opinions, and offering up help and suggestions.

We thank you very much for all these great messages and it warms our hearts to know we have such wonderful customers.

Many have asked us how they can help and as soon as we have an answer to that question, as well as the many other, it will be posted on this website.

In the mean time, please continue to come visit us at both of our locations. We are still here to serve up the same great food as always.
